1. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice to us.
• If the project is cancelled within 7 days of the commencement date, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus any costs incurred by us up to that point.
• If the project is cancelled after 7 days, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
• Any cancellation requests must be sent to info@bornurban.co.in.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of BornUrban.
• BornUrban reserves the right to deny any refund request if we determine that the services provided were as described and met the project specifications.
• Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully delivered and accepted by you.
• If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 30 days of the project completion date to discuss a potential refund.
• Refund requests must include the reasons for the request and any supporting documentation.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 days of the approval date and will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Exceptions

• No refunds will be issued for any digital products or services that have been downloaded or accessed.
• Custom services and projects that involve third-party expenses are non-refundable once those expenses have been incurred.
