3. Orders and Payment

If you place an order through the Website, you agree to pay 50% first and 50% after the website is completed. If u cancel website in any way you have to pay the remaining Amount. 

4. Cancelation Policy

• You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice to us.
• If the project is cancelled within 7 days of the commencement date, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus any costs incurred by us up to that point.
• If the project is cancelled after 7 days, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
• Any cancellation requests must be sent to info@bornurban.co.in.

5. Intellectual Property

The Website and Service contain intellectual property owned by Born Urban, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. You agree not to use any of this intellectual property without the express written permission of Born Urban.

6. Disclaimer

The Website and Service are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Born Urban disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability
